Our goal at Pullman CrossFit is to improve the quality of life of Pullman’s residents through expert CrossFit coaching and community support.
We prioritize teaching proper form and technique so members can feel confident in their abilities to safely execute the workout of the day (WOD). We focus on enhancing long-term quality of life by improving overall fitness, strength, endurance, mobility and ease of everyday movement for our clients.
Pullman CrossFit is for everyone, and everyone is welcome! We strive to foster a community that supports and builds each other up. We believe that living a healthy, active life should be enjoyable and we make a point to work hard and have a good time.
