CROSSFIT WORKOUT OF THE DAY

This class is the bread and butter of our programming. After a dynamic warmup designed to get the muscles loose, we perform the “workout of the day,” or WOD. Here at Pullman CrossFit, we develop our own programming that promotes a balanced mix of strength, skill and metabolic conditioning. Please remember that CrossFit is universally scalable. This means that if you see a movement or weight that you cannot perform, our coaches will be at every class making sure that you scale properly to get a great workout, stay safe, and have fun!

CROSSSFIT FOR KIDS

Get your kids off of the couch and computer and moving in this class for 8-12 year olds. Getting movement patterns performed correctly at a young age will setup our kids for success as they move through life. We play CrossFit-style games and show kids that exercise can be fun! This class correlates with the Pullman School District Summer Schedule and is offered 3x/wk.

BARBELL CLUB

Barbell Club is designed for those looking for a smaller-class setting and personalized program to improve strength, and more specifically, the Olympic lifts (Clean&Jerk and Snatch). This class is provided in sessions and for an additional fee. Contact us for more information!

CROSSFIT 101

Introductory class that provides an overview of the most common CrossFit movements that are seen in many WODs. It will provides information on Pullman CrossFit methodology and programming. Contact PCF to schedule!

BARBELL WOD

Whether you want to Rx workouts but the weight holds you back or if you just like lifting heavy weights this class is for you. During the hour-long class the focus will be on developing technical proficiency in the lifts while increasing power and strength with Olympic weightlifting and classic barbell movements to complement CrossFit workouts.

ENDURANCE WOD

Ditch the barbell and heavy weights with this class designed to get your heart pumping with longer workouts (20-40 minutes) that involve mostly bodyweight movements and cardiovascular training. In this endurance class, there is also a focus on core work and improving mobility.
