This class is the bread and butter of our programming. After a dynamic warmup designed to get the muscles loose, we perform the “workout of the day,” or WOD. Here at Pullman CrossFit, we develop our own programming that promotes a balanced mix of strength, skill and metabolic conditioning. Please remember that CrossFit is universally scalable. This means that if you see a movement or weight that you cannot perform, our coaches will be at every class making sure that you scale properly to get a great workout, stay safe, and have fun!
